Finding the funny is better than crying all the time.
Julia Ditto is living the life she always wanted, but never really expected to have. Instead of dying in a fiery crash or being eaten alive by rabid cougars while on her morning walk as she always feared, she is instead the happy wife of Logan and mother to six often-delightful children. Her writing about motherhood and family life has garnered her accolades from across the globe, from her mom (Washington state) to her mother-in-law (also Washington state, but a solid 10 minutes away from her mom).
Julia writes a weekly column in her local newspaper, The Spokesman-Review, called “The Full Suburban,” where she documents the funny and sometimes poignant goings-on of her busy family…if you can call playing on an iPad on and off for hours each day “busy.”
Julia and her family live on a fake and sometimes-thriving farm in Eastern Washington.
